Bathroom Remodel

Coastline is a very dependable company with attention to detail I highly recommend this company for any home improvement project always on time and get the job done keeping the job site clean fit and finish work is very good

We worked with Coastline for a full master bathroom renovation plus updates to two additional bathrooms — painting, new fixtures, tile, lighting, and molding. Jason and his team did excellent work across all three. The master bath was the centerpiece of the project and the tile work in particular came out beautifully — precise, clean lines, exactly what we had in mind. The finish work throughout was consistently sharp. The scope of the project evolved after work began, and Jason handled every change with flexibility and professionalism — never making it feel like an imposition. Jason communicates well. He was easy to reach, straightforward about scheduling, and flagged anything that needed a decision promptly and kept things moving. The job site was cleaned up at the end of every day, which matters when you're living in the house. We would hire Jason and his team again without hesitation.

We hired Jason and his team to add a wrap around farmers porch, along with a redo of our back deck. We couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment we were first in contact , Jason was professional and thorough. His estimates were precise, he communicated extremely well throughout the whole project, and then clean up after was like they were never they. Everyone on his team was also professional and each provided quality work. We know we will use them in the future !

Estimate process was straight forward, communication was excellent throughout, craftsmanship was good, project was on budget and pleased with all aspects of project.

Coastline Property Renovations did a wonderful master bathroom remodel for us and we couldn't be happier with the result. We highly recommend Jason and his team at Coastline Property Renovations for any interior projects. Jason's attention to detail, on-time show and followup to (many) questions are excellent. He and his crew replaced a 50-year old Anderson Window wall unit and front entry door in our living room with perfect fit and finish and minimal disruption. We'll be going ahead with a full kitchen renovation by Jason and Mike over the winter.

Very pleased with the job Mike/Coastal Property Renovations did rebuilding our front porch. Cordial, attention to detail, and responsiveness all were exemplary.

Jason and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom. It was a major renovation, relocating water supplies and drains. He helped us create a perfect spa-like oasis. Jason and his crew did a great job on our in-law renovation that was ruined from a flood caused by a faulty grinder pump. Everything is back how is was and better than ever. Highly recommend.

Not only do Jason and his team have the skills and knowledge to do quality house repair work but they are also timely and personable. They are good at solving the problems that an older house presents. We are pleased with the repairs they made inside and outside our house and we enjoyed working with them. They are fair and wanted us to be completely satisfied when the job was done. We would definitely hire them for our next project.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jason and his team at Coastline Property Renovations, including Mike and Dominic, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They completely revitalized our back porch and bulkhead access, rebuilding the staircase and railings, replacing the back door, and installing new screens and windows. They also added insulation to help retain heat, installed exterior lattice, and matched and installed siding underneath the windows—all with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the project, the team was incredibly professional, communicative, and reliable. They worked through some tough weather conditions without letting it slow them down, and they were meticulous about keeping the site clean—not just at the end of the project, but at the close of every workday. The quality of the final product truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Coastline Property Renovations to anyone looking for high-quality, dependable work. Thanks again, Jason, Mike, and Dominic!

Recently had Jason and Mike do some finish work for me at my new home. Mike was great to work with, answered all questions and was very methodical and precise in his finish work. Final result was a great esthetic look to my stairs and basement workbench that was perfect in design and utility. Very pleased from start to finish, Jason kept me in the loop regarding start time, finish time and cost. In the process of getting a bid on their next project for me.

Hired Jason and his team to help me with installing new windows and doors on a property I was flipping. They did a great job, price was good, on time and worked hard to get the job done. Would highly recommend.
