After getting multiple quotes to finish our basement, we decided to go with Coastline Property Renovations. We had a completely unfinished rough basement that we needed transformed into a useable space. Coastline took the time to talk about our needs, concerns, and budget. The owner, Jason, helped us every step of the way and talked us through everything we needed to know, based on his experience. We were extremely satisfied with the end result of the project and love our remodeled basement. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jason and his team at Coastline Property Renovations, including Mike and Dominic, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They completely revitalized our back porch and bulkhead access, rebuilding the staircase and railings, replacing the back door, and installing new screens and windows. They also added insulation to help retain heat, installed exterior lattice, and matched and installed siding underneath the windows—all with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
